Shipping policy
Note: Shipping timelines can be affected by high volumes of orders, seasonal demand, and carrier delays due to events such as COVID19. Please consider these delays when placing your order as we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery date during these periods.
Order Processing
- For ID Tags we process orders within 2-3 weeks.
- For accessories (harnesses, collars, bandanas etc.) in our For Walking section, we process orders within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
- If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at info@charliespaws.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
- Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

- Free shipping on orders over $49
- When your order is being shipped, you will receive an order confirmation email
- Economy (USPS First-Class 1-3 business days after processing order)
- Standard (FedEx Ground 1-5 business days after processing order)
- When selecting a shipping option for customized or personalized ID tags, please keep in mind that processing times are still 2-3 weeks.
